Diet for Candidiasis/ Yeast Infection
Balanced diets help in keeping you healthy and disease free or can help to combat ill health. A healthy diet is one which has everything from cereals to whole grain wheat, to green leafy vegetables and fruits. Person suffering from Candidiasis should take organic, nutritious food &, plenty of water.
Candidiasis sufferers should strictly avoid oily and fatty foods, white rice, bread, pasta, sugar, sweets, chocolates and shop bought (long life) cakes. All these foods are extremely unhealthy to Candidiasis patients as they nourishes the yeast micro-organism and hence inhibits treatment.
