Diet and lifeltyle for Constipation:
Fruits like papaya and guava are extremely beneficial for constipation. Regular intake of papaya for early morning breakfast on an empty stomach prevents constipation and provides clear stools. Fruit salad containing guava and papaya can be taken anytime of the day as they act as good roughage and clear your bowel system thus preventing constipation and many other diseases.
Take warm lime water early in the morning. It prevents constipation and keeps the body and mind fresh.
Grapes also have laxative properties and help to prevent chronic constipation. Dry grapes have their own medical properties and help in preventing constipation. Soak 21 dry grapes in a glass overnight and ake this with an early morning in an empty stomach.
Take 2-3 seeds each of sunflower, almonds, sesame and linseed or flax seeds, grind it and make a thin powder. Eat this natural herbal homemade product (1 tablespoon) for a week either with fruit juice or salads for a midday meal. Your constipation problems will be greatly relieved.
Going for morning walk by having 2-3 glasses of warm water also prevents constipation and leads to clear bowel movements.
