Given below are some of the most effective nutritional remedies that can be used in conjunction with Mercy Products.
During menopause, women should eat only organic, healthy and nutritional food. Minerals like calcium, magnesium become deficient during this time, so a diet rich in these minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin D are highly recommended. Some of the calcium-rich foods are: milk (and milk products), beans and peas.
Take green leafy vegetables, fruits, grains, eat sprouts, milk and cheese. Freshly prepared fruit juice is highly recommended during this period. However, oily, fatty, fried and spicy foods should be completely avoided.
Water and fruit juice:
